Adam Froude – Bio

I have always enjoyed helping people where I am able to, with a keen interest in how the mind works and mental health. So, following a meeting with a hypnotherapist who helped me with smoking cessation, he could see that I had a keen interest in hypnotherapy and encouraged me to study the subject.

In 2009, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, after studying at the well-respected ‘Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis’ who were awarded ‘Hypnotherapy School of the Year’ by The Association of Professional Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists (APHP), an organisation that I am also associated with.

Then in 2017, an opportunity arose in an area that I had a real personal interest in, addiction. I volunteered at a local addiction specialist agency which led to an apprenticeship. I subsequently qualified with distinctions as a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Worker.

I now take great pleasure in helping people that would like support with addictions and mental health issues, including anxiety and confidence.
